Website Completion and Service Details:

Completion Duration: The website development will be completed within the specified number of working days. Please refer to our packages for detailed offerings and contact us for inquiries.

Content and Logo:Clients are responsible for providing website content. Logos should be provided by the client; however, logo design services are available upon request.

Signature Line: A signature line will be included at the bottom of the website by default. An additional fee applies for its removal.

SEO Optimization: All websites will be SEO optimized. For more targeted optimization, consider our SEO Plan as an add-on with the website.

Client Responsibilities:

Content Ownership:

Clients are responsible for their website content, databases, and any disputes arising from these. We are not liable for content-related disputes.

Hosting and Domain Prices:

Hosting and domain prices displayed on the website may change; we reserve the right to modify prices for hosting, domains, and other products/services.

Content Changes:

Repeated changes in content post-implementation will incur additional charges.

Abuse Reporting Policy

IWC facilitates a platform for users to express their ideas and business details. In case of abusive behavior or policy violations, users can report such incidents by emailing details and screenshots to [email protected]. The company will promptly investigate and take necessary action within 24 hours of receiving the report.

Acceptable Usage Policy

Commercial Usage: The website, application, or marketing services are for commercial use only.

Responsible Resource Use: Clients are responsible for appropriate use of provided resources and safeguarding passwords and access.

Compliance and Restrictions: Compliance with contractual agreements, laws, and policies is expected.

Automated Tools: Use of automated tools on the website/server is prohibited.

Refund Policy

Website Design Plans: Refunds are available within 8 days of project confirmation payment, deducting domain and hosting costs.

Mobile Applications Plans: Refunds accepted within 8 days of project confirmation, excluding app store (Android / Apple) costs.

Web Hosting: Refunds allowed within 30 days of service initiation.

Cancellation of services beyond specified refund timeframes may not be eligible for refunds. Some products may have distinct refund policies; clients are encouraged to review specific product terms for clarity.

Note: Certain products might not qualify for refunds under any circumstance. Clients should refer to specific product terms to understand refund eligibility.
