Refund Policy

Standard Refund Terms

Website Design Plans: Refunds are eligible if canceled within 8 days of project confirmation payment. However, domain and hosting costs, purchased from a third party, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Mobile Applications Plans: Refunds are accepted within 8 days of project confirmation payment, excluding app stores (Android / Apple) costs, as these are purchased upon project confirmation.

Web Hosting: Refunds are applicable within 30 days of service initiation.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel a service at any time. However, a refund will be issued only if the cancellation request falls within the specified refund timeframe for the respective service.

In the event of a project cancellation, a deduction of 30% of the total amount will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Exceptions

Please note that some services have distinct refund policies or might not be eligible for refunds under any circumstance.
